MEP Project Manager 

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, site and office-based role.
• May involve occasional travel between project sites.
• Working hours as per company policy; flexibility required for project deadlines.

HVAC Foreman 

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a qualified and hands-on HVAC Foreman with 5 years of experience in supervising HVAC installation and site activities. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong field experience in ductwork, chilled water systems, VRF units, and package systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. 
• This role requires leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely execution.

Junior HVAC Engineer 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HVAC system design, including duct sizing, chilled water piping, and equipment selection.
• Prepare shop drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals.
• Support site execution activities, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure efficient integration.
• Monitor installation progress and report site issues to the senior engineer.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

Junior Electrical Engineer 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing electrical designs including power distribution, lighting, and low current systems.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress and compliance with drawings and standards.

Electrical Foreman 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide electricians and subcontractors in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV, etc.).
• Interpret electrical drawings and ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and materials effectively.
• Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and permit-to-work procedures.
• Identify site issues, raise technical queries, and support resolution in coordination with the engineering team.
