Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and procurement managers.
• Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector for finishing materials.
• Meet potential and existing clients to present product offerings and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month

Sales Executive (Construction finishing Materials)

• Sales/Business Development Executive - Construction Finishing Materials
• We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales/Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence for construction finishing materials in Kuwait.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships with contractors, architects, and consultants, and achieving sales targets for our range of high-quality finishing products.
• This role requires a deep understanding of the Kuwaiti construction market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales within the building materials industry.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month

Lead Architect

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of design professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications or licenses are advantageous.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: KD500.000 - KD750.000 per month

Construction Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil works at the construction site as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Inspect site work regularly to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
• Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to during all stages of construction.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, materials tracking, and labor records.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and providing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the availability and usage of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings, providing regular updates on site progress.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Pay: KD500.000 - KD1,000.000 per month

Senior Civil Site Engineer

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing villa, turnkey, and municipal projects.
• Certifications: Membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and other relevant engineering software.
• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Licensing: Valid Kuwaiti driving license and transferable residency.
• Pay: KD500.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
