RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Leads all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manages budgets, staffing, training, and inventory control.
- Oversees daily performance and implements strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Acts as the main point of contact between staff and upper management.
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and supervises staff during shifts.
- Helps manage inventory, schedule employees, and address customer concerns.
- Plays a key role in team training and maintaining service standards.
- Ensures smooth workflow and steps in to lead when the manager is unavailable.
- Contributes to sales growth and operational improvements.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
- Coordinates front-of-house staff and ensures smooth dining operations.
- Monitors service quality and assists in handling guest complaints or special requests.
- Supports training of new staff and enforces company policies.
- Maintains a clean and welcoming environment at all times.

- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and assists in managing waitlists.
