✈️ Mandatory Exit Permit for Expat Workers in Kuwait – Effective July 1, 2025
To reinforce labor mobility oversight and strengthen the relationship between employers and expatriate employees, Kuwait has introduced a new mandatory requirement for all foreign workers in the private sector. Beginning July 1, 2025, expatriate workers will not be permitted to leave the country without obtaining an official Exit Permit from their employer.
