Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Prior experience in HR or payroll administration is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage employee payroll processes and ensure timely payments

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

• Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing HR documents

• Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits

• Coordinate with the finance team for payroll reconciliation
