Marketin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to support company goals
• Supervise and mentor a team of marketing coordinators or specialists
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email, and web content
• Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing content
• Assist with budgeting and reporting on marketing KPIs

Accountant

Manage all accounting transactions

• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Familiar with E-commerce and Retail transactions

Interior Designer / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, layouts, and material selections.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, furniture layouts, and lighting designs.
• Select and source furniture, decor, and materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality execution of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.
• Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring quality control and that the final product meets client expectations.
