Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in timekeeping or related administrative roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Arab nationals only

• Maximum age: 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and monitor employee attendance and working hours

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports

• Maintain and update employee leave records including annual and sick leaves

• Assist with coordination of employee relations activities
