Join Our Team as a Store Keeper – A Great Opportunity in Kuwait!

Are you looking for a stable career in a reputable company based in Kuwait? We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Keeper to oversee inventory management and ensure smooth operations. If you have a passion for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the safe storage of goods, we want you to be part of our team!

Position: Store Keeper (Indian, Filipino, or Pakistani candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials.

• 
  

  Ensure proper storage of materials, products, and equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.

• Issue goods/materials to departments or production teams as per requisitions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area.

• Label, tag, and categorize all materials properly for easy identification.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for delivery schedules and stock issues.

• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and store operations.

• Ensure the security and safe handling of all inventory items.

• Assist in procurement and purchase orders when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience of 7 years as a storekeeper or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of auto spare parts, FMCG, or industrial goods.

• Good knowledge of inventory control systems and basic accounting practices.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office; experience with inventory software is a plus).

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
