Job Title: Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Sector (Ahmadi, Kuwait)

Are you a proactive, organized leader ready to take your career to the next level? A respected company in the oil and gas industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth, manage key relationships, and lead strategic sales operations. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-potential market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations in the oil and gas equipment sector

• Manage sales teams, assign targets, and track performance metrics

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution and delivery

• Optimize internal processes to boost sales efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry

• Previous work experience in Kuwait, preferably in the Ahmadi region

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of oil and gas equipment, pipes, and fittings is highly preferred
