Manager of Aviation Training 

 Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Kuwait for a Manager of Aviation Training. The Manager of Aviation Training will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of aviation training programs, ensuring that they meet international standards.
•  This includes managing a team of instructors, developing course materials, scheduling classes, and maintaining training equipment. 
• The role also involves liaising with regulatory bodies and industry partners to keep the curriculum updated with the latest industry practices and regulations.

 Qualifications

• Strong understanding of aviation training programs and regulations
• Experience in managing and developing instructional teams
• Proficiency in developing and updating course materials
• Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies and industry partners
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant qualifications in aviation or an associated field
• Experience in a higher education environment is a plus

Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• A Ph.D or Master degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates graduated from and/or served previously in preeminent institutions of higher education;
• Excellent teaching and curriculum development experience;
• Industry exposure through research, consultancy, or professional activities;
• Strong record of scholarly publication, an ability to attract and sustain externally sponsored research funding;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; and
• The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
