Position: Operations Manager – Fashion & Fragrance
Founded in 2018, Trend Fashion is a fast-growing franchising brand offering curated collections from global designer labels. As part of the Al-Ameeri Group legacy—established in 1949—we combine heritage with forward-thinking innovation to lead the fashion retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and streamline retail operations across multiple locations in Kuwait and the GCC
Ensure exceptional in-store execution and customer service experience
Oversee inventory management, store audits, and regulatory compliance
Drive sales performance, operational improvements, and KPI achievement
Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, and Merchandising teams
Train and develop in-store teams to maintain excellence and brand standards
Requirements
5–7 years of proven experience in retail operations within the fashion and/or fragrance sectors
Deep understanding of Kuwait and GCC retail markets
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on operational approach
