Learning & Development Specialist

 Summary:

•  We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs for front-line staff in our Fashion Division.
•  The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing product knowledge, customer service, and soft skills, ensuring a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions on product knowledge, styling, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Assess training needs through feedback, store visits, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with store managers and brand teams to align training with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as needed.
• Maintain training materials and support resources up to date and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in L&D, preferably in fashion retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is required.
• Passion for fashion, customer experience, and staff development.
• Visual Merchandising Manager -Ontime

Principle Accountabilities:

• ·Visual Merchandising Strategist Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's image and business goals and plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.
• Lead the creation of captivating merchandise displays and store layouts that attract and engage customers and ensure that displays effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Planogram Development collaborates with the merchandising team to create planograms that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and visual appeal Oversee the accurate execution of planograms in stores.

•  Inventory Management monitors inventory levels and collaborates with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure product availability for visual displays. Coordinate stock replenishment and allocation for visual merchandising needs
• Visual Communication manage the design and installation of signage, banners, and visual communication materials and ensure that visual communication is consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.
• Windows Displays Lead the design and rotation of captivating window displays that capture the essence of our brand and entice customers and coordinate window display changes to align with seasons, holidays, and promotional periods.
