Position: IT & Cybersecurity - Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IT & Cybersecurity - Assistant Manager to join our growing team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s cybersecurity strategies and IT infrastructure.
•  You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's network, systems, and data. 
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT, cybersecurity, and risk management. You will manage a team, implement best practices for cybersecurity, and help mitigate potential threats.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity.

• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, encryption, and system monitoring.

• Experience with IT risk management and incident response.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
