Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: High School Graduate
• At least 3 years of experience in a Call Center or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Computer literate and comfortable with call management systems
• Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Update records and log call details in the system
• Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a courteous and positive tone with all callers

Conditions

• Min. Qualification: High School Graduate
• Experience: 1-3 Years
• Good Communication Skills
• Computer Literate
• Valid Residency in Kuwait (Transferable)
