Project Manager E&I

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Manage the direct and indirect manpower

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of degree in Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management in E&I - oil and gas projects.

Senior Procurement Engineer

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Senior Procurement Engineer specializing in E&I oil and gas construction at HEISCO. 
• The Senior Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships. 
• The role also involves optimizing procurement processes, ensuring cost-efficiency, and collaborating with project teams to meet organizational and project goal.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Electrical and Instrument
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement, Resource Allocation, and Process Optimization
• Knowledge of Quality Standards and Strategic Planning
• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making ability
• Effective Communication and Team Management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotly
• Experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial sectors is a plus

OPERATION MANAGER-E&I

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager with specialty in E&I oil and gas construction at HEISCO.
•  The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency across various projects. He will also be involved in strategic planning, implementing quality standards, and collaborating with different departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation
• Minimum 15 years Experience in E&I Operations Management, Resource Allocation, and Process Optimization
• Knowledge of Quality Standards and Strategic Planning
• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Effective Communication and Team Management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial sectors is a plus
