• The Competency Framework Specialist will architect and govern an organization-wide competency ecosystem that powers KDF’s Strategic Direction & Roadmap. 
• You will translate our corporate pillars into measurable capabilities that steer talent decisions, accelerate performance, and future-proof our workforce.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Launch KDF’s Competency Framework:
  Build a scalable technical, behavioral, and leadership model aligned with business lines; pilot and roll out company-wide.

• Embed Competencies in All Talent Processes:
  Integrate profiles into workforce planning, hiring, assessments, learning, performance, and succession to create future-ready teams.

• Competency Analytics:
  Deploy digital tools and dashboards to measure proficiency, highlight gaps, predict needs, and inform C-suite talent decisions.

• Knowledge Transfer & Upskilling:
  Lead cross-functional learning initiatives that close critical skill gaps, drive growth, and improve talent impact.

• Govern & Improve the Framework:
  Set policy, chair the competency meeting, and benchmark against the oil & gas sector to keep the framework at industry-leading standards.

🎓 Essential Qualifications & Skillset:

• Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years in competency framework design within oil & gas services or comparable high-tech industries.
• Proven track record rolling out organizational competency programs linked to business KPIs.
• Strong data analytics capability (Power BI, HRIS, assessment platforms).
• Influencing communicator able to secure senior leadership buy-in and drive culture change.

• The Training Specialist designs, delivers, and evaluates learning solutions that elevate capability, drive operational excellence, and support KDF’s aggressive growth plan.
•  You will turn our Competency Framework into engaging programs.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis & Planning:
  Partner with business leaders to diagnose skill gaps against the organization’s competency model and craft annual learning plans.

• Program Design & Delivery:
  Develop blended learning (classroom, virtual, micro-learning); facilitate sessions that inspire high-performance and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Learning Management & Digital Enablement:
  Administer the LMS, curate on-demand or off-site content to personalize learning pathways and ensure scalable solutions across the organization.

• Impact Measurement & Stakeholder Engagement:
  Use industrial standard tools to track participation, knowledge transfer, and business impact.

• Vendor & Partnership Coordination:
  Source and manage external training providers, academic partners, and API-accredited labs to deliver specialized programs that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with KDF’s Partner-in-Success pillar.

🎓 Essential Qualifications & Skillset:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Education, Engineering, or related field (CIPD, ATD, or similar certification preferred).
• 4+ years designing and delivering technical and soft-skill programs within oil & gas services or comparable high-tech industries.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital authoring tools, and learning analytics.
• High-performing skills and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience demonstrating training ROI.
