🎧 Join Our Customer Experience Team – Call Center Agent Role in Kuwait

If you’re passionate about customer service and have experience in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to grow with a company that values responsiveness and professionalism. We are currently looking for experienced call center agents who can communicate clearly and handle customer inquiries with confidence across platforms.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Support Representative

• Experience in the food and beverage sector is an advantage

• Strong fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with dashboards and mobile application admin panels

• Must be located in Kuwait with a transferable visa

• Immediate availability to join

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or other channels

• Provide accurate information and resolve complaints efficiently

• Use internal dashboards and app admin panels to process requests

• Log calls and update customer profiles accordingly

• Coordinate with internal departments for escalated issues

• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
