Sales Supervisor 

Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting with customers to introduce the service.
  • Being available for customers’ queries and questions. 
  • Improving networking with customers by keeping updated records and database.
  •  Promoting the provided service to satisfy the sales targets.
  • Searching the market for new/potential customers and sales channels. 
  • Keeping an updated customers’ information continuously.
  • Providing the highest level of service to the company customers and always monitoring the quality and customer service satisfaction indicators.
  • Conveying and implementing ethical practices to reflect the professional and socially responsible image of AI. 
  • Being up to date with market changes and supporting the management in expecting the sales trends accordingly.
  • Achieve Sales Targets as advised by the Operations Manager

Account Manager 

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. 
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service and solutions according to customer needs.
  • Operating as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, customer relationships
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  • Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with Sales Teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assisting with high-severity requests and issuing escalations as needed.

Technician Specialist  (3 job opportunities)

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing routine diagnostic check on automated systems.
  • Isolate problems and perform repairs.
  • Complete in-home consultation and assessment.
  • Architecting tailored Smart Home solutions that best meet the customers’ needs.
  • Rely on problem-solving acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend solutions.
  • Rely on sales abilities and product knowledge for solutions that are best for customer.
  • Activating and upgrading systems with enhanced technology.
  • Perform activation of equipment.

Sr. Installation Supervisor 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for AV and Automation system project Installation, Programming and Commissioning.
  • Responsible for providing L1 Support.
  • Coordinate with Alghanim Support team for resolving the issues.
  • Coordinate with customer IT team on support related issues.
  • Asses   capacity and availability of solution as and when required.
  • Coordinate with Alghanim support team for implementing change requests.

Sr. Sales Representative 

Candidate Requirements

  • High school, Diploma in a related field 
  • 2-3 years of experience in smilar capacity
  • Creativity:  Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job
