• In 1982 Yaqoub Alghanim, who at the time was one of Kuwait's wealthiest and most successful businessmen, lost all his wealth in the crash of the Souk Al Manakh stock market. Subsequently his eldest son Adel, against all odds, gradually rebuilt his father's wealth as well as forging his own path and building his own business empire.

• Adel Alghanim started his business career as general manager of the Kuwait Portland Cement Company. Although having little business experience and a degree in microbiology not business, he was able to grow KPCC into one of the region's most successful construction materials companies. 
• In 1983, Adel Alghanim along with other founders, established a telecommunications service provider called the Mobile Telecommunications Company (known today as Zain).

Open Positions:

1. Service Advisor

Acts as the bridge between customers and the service team.

Receives vehicles, understands customer concerns, and communicates needed repairs.

Prepares service estimates and explains them clearly to customers.

Ensures timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requires strong communication, organization, and automotive knowledge.

2. Warranty Administrator

Handles processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer policies.

Ensures all documents, repair orders, and claims are accurate and complete.

Coordinates with service and parts departments for claim validation.

Tracks and follows up on outstanding or rejected claims.

Requires attention to detail and knowledge of warranty systems.

3. Parts Advisor

Assists customers and technicians in identifying and ordering parts.

Maintains inventory and ensures availability of high-demand items.

Provides pricing, availability, and parts compatibility information.

Coordinates orders with suppliers and tracks deliveries.

Requires product knowledge and customer service skills.

4. Team Leader

Supervises and supports a team of technicians or service staff.

Ensures work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.

Assigns tasks, monitors performance, and provides technical guidance.

Acts as a point of contact between management and staff.

Requires leadership experience and strong automotive background.

5. Automotive Technician

Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles.

Uses specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

Ensures all work meets manufacturer standards and safety protocols.

Documents completed work and reports issues found.

Requires technical training and hands-on mechanical experience.
