📌 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
15 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance services within Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors.
Minimum of 10 years in a similar leadership position.
Strong supervisory and decision-making capabilities.
Proficient in resource planning, deployment, and cost control.
🛠️ Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the execution of the maintenance contract.
Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient deployment of manpower and resources.
Maintain smooth and effective project implementation.
Take ownership of cost management and service quality.
Act as the key point of contact for contract-related activities and ensure compliance with service standards.
