ULTA Beauty, in partnership with the Alshaya Group, is bringing its renowned beauty retail experience to the Middle East. We're seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our dynamic team across various locations.

💼 Available Positions:

1. Store General Manager

• As the Store General Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 
• Your leadership will drive sales, manage budgets, and uphold ULTA Beauty's standards.
•  You'll mentor staff, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate with corporate teams to achieve business goals. 
• A strong background in retail management and a passion for beauty are essential.

2. Deputy Store Manager

• Supporting the General Manager, the Deputy Store Manager ensures daily operations run smoothly.
•  You'll assist in staff training, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
•  Your role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and maintaining store aesthetics. 
• Prior experience in retail supervision and a proactive attitude are key.

3. Department Manager

• As a Department Manager, you'll lead a specific section of the store, focusing on product presentation and team performance. 
• Your responsibilities include stock management, sales analysis, and staff development. 
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will ensure your department thrives.

4. Customer Service Manager

• The Customer Service Manager is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey. 
• You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and implement feedback mechanisms. 
• Training staff to deliver exceptional service and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics are central to this role. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are vital.

5. Training Manager

• As the Training Manager, you'll design and implement training programs to elevate staff competencies. 
• Collaborating with department heads, you'll identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions. 
• Monitoring training effectiveness and adapting strategies accordingly will be part of your remit. 
• A background in instructional design and retail experience is beneficial.

6. Training Specialist

• Working under the Training Manager, the Training Specialist delivers engaging training sessions to staff. 
• You'll assess learning needs, create educational materials, and support continuous professional development. 
• Your role ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge to excel. Strong presentation skills and a passion for teaching are essential.
