Join Our Team in Salalah – Reservations Agent Wanted at Sident Hotel

Are you ready to grow your career in the hospitality industry? Sident Hotel in Salalah is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have experience in hotel reservations, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer reservation requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintain and update accurate booking records in the system.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless reservation handling.

• Provide exceptional service and resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in reservation software, especially Opera.

• Ability to work full-time in Salalah.
