AT NBTC GROUP FOR KUWAIT OPERATIONS – EQUATE TURNAROUND PROJECT

VACANCY DETAILS
1. Manager – Construction (Mechanical)
Vacancies: 3 | Salary: 1500 – 1750 KWD
Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Industry.
Expertise in Turnaround and Construction Projects.
Leadership in mechanical works and construction planning.
Knowledge of safety protocols, QA/QC, and manpower handling.
Strong understanding of project timelines and coordination.
Familiarity with international standards and client requirements.
Good communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams under pressure.
Turnaround project experience is highly preferred.
2. Engineer – Planning
Vacancies: 4 | Salary: 600 – 800 KWD
Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 6–8 years in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Projects.
Strong skills in PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft Project.
Responsible for project scheduling and resource management.
Ability to forecast risks and manage mitigation plans.
Prepare and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with client planning departments for alignment.
Report progress and suggest acceleration strategies.
Ability to work in fast-paced turnaround projects.
Prior turnaround project experience is a major plus.
3. Engineer – Site (Mechanical)
Vacancies: 2 | Salary: 600 – 800 KWD
Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of field experience in site execution.
Strong technical knowledge in ASME, API standards.
Ability to coordinate daily mechanical activities on-site.
Monitor installation, erection, and commissioning works.
Resolve site-based technical and workforce issues.
Report daily activities and ensure safety compliance.
Excellent skills in manpower and material planning.
Experience with mechanical drawings and documentation.
Turnaround project knowledge is highly desirable.
4. Engineer QA/QC – Mechanical
Vacancies: 1 | Salary: 600 – 800 KWD
Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5–7 years in QA/QC in Oil & Gas.
In-depth understanding of ASME, API, CSWIP 3.1, NDT.
Responsible for ensuring welding and fabrication quality.
Ability to prepare QA/QC documentation and ITPs.
Supervise inspection and testing of materials and joints.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients.
Familiarity with international quality standards.
Monitor welding procedure specifications (WPS).
Turnaround project experience preferred.
5. Inspector QA/QC – Piping
Vacancies: 1 | Salary: 400 – 500 KWD
Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical.
Experience: 4–6 years in piping QA/QC roles.
Knowledge of welding inspection, NDT, visual testing.
Ensure compliance with approved WPS and standards.
Preparation of inspection reports and punch lists.
Capable of identifying defects and recommending corrective actions.
Conduct pressure tests and valve inspections.
Interface with site supervisors and clients.
Strong documentation and procedural control.
Turnaround project knowledge preferred.
