Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selling their vehicles at the best price possible
• Provide clear explanations of online motor valuations and guide customers through the sales process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the vehicle inspection report is issued and uploaded onto the platform
• Manage the sale process from securing bids to finalizing approvals with customers
• Oversee all necessary documentation for vehicle transfers between customers and traders
• Achieve sales volume and gross margin targets, while consistently providing exceptional customer service
• Stay informed on current market trends and vehicle valuations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-4 years of sales experience in the automotive industry or related fields, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
• Keen attention to detail, particularly when it comes to quality vehicle inspections
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Arabic Speaking
• Deep understanding of various automobile features and specifications, with a passion for cars
• Ability to work in demanding outdoor environments and fast-paced settings
• Target-driven, persuasive, and committed to reaching monthly sales goals

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مساعدة العملاء في بيع سياراتهم بأفضل سعر ممكن
• تقديم تفسيرات واضحة لتقييمات السيارات عبر الإنترنت وإرشاد العملاء خلال عملية البيع
• أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للعملاء، وضمان إصدار تقرير الفحص الفني للسيارة ورفعه على المنصة
• إدارة عملية البيع بدءًا من تأمين العروض وحتى إتمام الموافقات مع العملاء
• الإشراف على كافة الوثائق اللازمة لتحويل السيارات بين العملاء والتجار
• تحقيق أهداف حجم المبيعات والربح الإجمالي، مع تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية باستمرار
• متابعة اتجاهات السوق الحالية وتقييمات السيارات

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• من 1-4 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات في صناعة السيارات أو المجالات ذات الصلة، مع قدرة قوية على التفاوض وإتمام الصفقات
• اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، خاصة فيما يتعلق بفحص السيارات بدقة
• العمل بروح الفريق مع مهارات تواصل قوية
• يتحدث اللغة العربية
• فهم عميق لميزات السيارات ومواصفاتها، مع شغف بالسيارات
• القدرة على العمل في بيئات خارجية صعبة وأجواء سريعة
• القدرة على العمل بموجب أهداف مبيعات محددة، والإقناع، والالتزام بتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية
