We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kuwait City. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to deliver top-tier service while keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹1 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role

 ✔️ Strong leadership and team development skills

 ✔️ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

 ✔️ In-depth knowledge of global food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)

 ✔️ Experience with P&L, cost control, inventory, and vendor management

 ✔️ Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency

 ✔️ Available to join immediately or on short notice is highly preferred 

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

◼️ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure alignment with brand and service expectations

◼️ Lead and develop the restaurant team to maintain high performance and service quality

◼️ Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

◼️ Manage budgets, control operating costs, and drive revenue growth

◼️ Monitor operational KPIs and report performance to senior leadership

◼️ Continuously improve workflows and elevate the overall guest experience

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

🔹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 – 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱/𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀

 Assist in planning, designing, and supervising road and utility projects. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering and 2+ years of experience.

🔹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿

 Implement and monitor safety measures on site. NEBOSH/IOSH certified candidates with 3+ years of construction HSE experience preferred.

🔹 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻

 Oversee daily site operations and teams. Must have strong leadership skills and 5+ years of site supervision experience.

🔹 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿

 Conduct site surveys and produce accurate data for construction planning. Experience with GPS and Total Station required.

🔹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿

 Operate heavy vehicles for transporting materials and equipment. Valid heavy vehicle license and experience required.

🔹 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻

 Conduct material testing (concrete, soil, asphalt) as per project standards. 2+ years of lab experience in construction projects needed.

🔹 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿

 Perform general site tasks and assist skilled workers. Prior site experience preferred; must be physically fit.

🔹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘆

 Support office staff, handle cleaning, errands, and refreshments. Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
