• Kuwait National – Bilingual in English & Arabic – Professional level
• Proven experience in electrical installations – for example integrated CCTV and building monitoring systems, building power systems and or communication towers

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, server rack layouts, and technical drawings, schematics, standards and specifications

Customer Engagement and Technical Account Manager

Role Overview

• We are seeking a bi-lingual (English & Arabic) experienced, ambitious, talented Customer Engagement and Technical Account Manager from a system type product training or product management background, who will be trained to expert level on our system in order to provide frontline continuous operating support to our customer. 
• You will be responsible for helping the customer to use and setup their SRT system to ensure they gain optimal benefit, including adhoc user related trouble shooting.
•  You as our Customer Engagement and Technical Account Manager will also provide our product development teams with deep insight on how the customer is and wants to use our product so we can implement improvements.
