Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
• Prepare tables for dining, including setting up utensils, glassware, and napkins.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
