📌 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role

• Proven leadership and team management skills (for managerial roles)

• Professional qualifications (e.g., CA, MBA, etc.) for applicable roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial systems is a plus

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

🧭 Responsibilities

• Branch Heads: Oversee branch operations, ensure service excellence, and lead teams to meet performance targets

• Bank Note Managers: Manage currency handling, banknote processing, and ensure compliance with central bank standards

• Chartered Accountants: Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage audits, and support budgeting/forecasting processes

• Marketing Officers: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and coordinate brand initiatives
