1. Welder / Blacksmith

• The welder/blacksmith is responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal materials to fabricate or repair parts used in construction and equipment.
•  This role requires proficiency in welding techniques such as arc, MIG, and TIG. 
• The candidate should be able to read technical drawings and blueprints.
•  Daily tasks include structural welding and maintenance of metal frameworks. Safety awareness and precision are essential.
•  Experience in working with heavy machinery components is a plus.

2. Senior Crane Mechanic

• This senior-level role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of various crane systems, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic parts. 
• The senior crane mechanic is expected to lead troubleshooting, guide junior staff, and ensure high operational reliability. 
• Familiarity with mobile and tower cranes is necessary. 
• The role includes performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
•  Strong diagnostic skills and crane certifications are preferred. Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential.

3. Crane Mechanic

• The crane mechanic is tasked with maintaining and repairing cranes to ensure they function safely and efficiently. 
• Responsibilities include servicing engines, brakes, clutches, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. 
• The role requires knowledge of different types of cranes such as crawler, mobile, and overhead. 
• Candidates must interpret technical manuals and perform mechanical troubleshooting. Fieldwork and on-site repairs are common. 
• A minimum of 3 years of crane-related experience is typically expected.

4. Crane Electrician

• A crane electrician handles the electrical systems of cranes, including wiring, control panels, and automation components. 
• Tasks include diagnosing faults, repairing electrical circuits, and replacing parts as needed. 
• The ideal candidate should be familiar with PLCs, sensors, and load indicators. Routine maintenance and electrical testing are part of daily operations. 
• Precision and safety compliance are critical in this role. 
• Prior experience in industrial crane systems is highly desirable.

5. Crane Mechanic Helper

• The helper supports the crane mechanics by preparing tools, assisting during repairs, and maintaining the work area. 
• It’s an entry-level position ideal for candidates wanting to gain experience in heavy equipment maintenance. 
• The helper also handles basic tasks like cleaning parts, checking oil levels, and fetching materials. 
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions is key. Physical stamina and teamwork are required. Safety awareness and punctuality are expected on the job.
