We are currently looking for passionate and qualified individuals to join our team across various nursery branches. If you have the skills, experience, and enthusiasm to nurture and educate young minds, we would love to hear from you!
🔹 Available Positions & Descriptions:
1. Branch Manager
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursery management
- As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring that high standards of care and education are maintained. You will lead and mentor your team, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong relationships with parents and staff. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You will also be responsible for developing strategic plans and implementing policies to support the nursery’s vision and growth. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Branch Supervisors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
- Branch Supervisors assist the Branch Manager by coordinating the educational and administrative tasks within the nursery. They are responsible for supervising teaching staff, monitoring classroom activities, and ensuring that the curriculum is effectively delivered. Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenges in a dynamic environment are essential for this position. Candidates should be proactive, supportive, and capable of creating a collaborative team culture.
3. Registration Officers
- Good knowledge of computer programs and effective communication skills with parents
- Registration Officers manage the enrollment process and act as the first point of contact for parents. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as familiarity with digital systems and record-keeping software. You will handle inquiries, maintain updated student records, and support the administrative team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and customer-focused, ensuring a smooth registration experience for new families.
4. Arabic Teachers
- Bachelor’s degree in child education or Arabic language
- Arabic Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons in the Arabic language. The role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of child development. You will be expected to foster a love for the Arabic language through engaging activities, songs, and interactive storytelling. Monitoring student progress and collaborating with parents and other educators is a vital part of this role.
5. English Teachers
- Bachelor’s degree in child education or English language
- English Teachers will create and implement lesson plans that build children's communication skills in English. A strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching are key for this position. You will be involved in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment, utilizing creative teaching strategies such as phonics, games, and story sessions. Teachers will also assess children's development and provide feedback to parents.
6. Teacher Assistants
- Experience working with children and the ability to work as part of a team
- Teacher Assistants will support lead teachers in the classroom, helping to prepare materials, engage children in learning, and maintain a safe and positive learning space. The role requires a caring and energetic personality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Experience with children is a must, and candidates should be reliable and passionate about early childhood education.
