Duties may include but will not be limited to:

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Specialist  

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Executing the maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) of all the hydraulic systems & pneumatic systems with assistance from the mechanical fitter, as per daily checklists and SAP preventive maintenance plan.
• Inspection of responsible/allocated area system, reporting any major abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook and checklists of SAP
• Execution of corrective action to eliminate the identified abnormalities with assistance from, Mechanical Fitter
• Thorough understanding of all the hydraulic systems & pneumatic systems and their circuits, and system components so that maintenance time can be reduced by solving the problems quickly to ensure the maximum equipment availability
• Implementing the instruction from the management
• Coordinating with other departments and working as a team
• Carrying out daily hydraulic oils of various systems, making the spares list, proper maintenance of systems, Equipment/ facilities/ carrying out repair works, and keeping spares ready.
• Studying the hydraulic & pneumatic systems circuit diagrams/ drawings, selecting proper tools for special/critical jobs, safekeeping, and working effectively to reduce maintenance costs.

LRF Operator

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Attending toolbox meeting with his crew members, to address all the safe working practices, INIR’s, Hazard & Risk Identification’s, Ladder Safety, House Keeping and waste management. 
• He should ensure that all required tools and tackles and consumables are available near the shop floor for his shift as well as for reliever shift to avoid any kind of delays. 
• Must follow the shift relieving policy (handover &takeover of shift at work site) and also, he must ensure himself available at work site during working hours. 
• Carry-out pre-operation inspection / check list, equipment trials and any abnormalities noticed to be reporting to immediate superior. 
• Preparation includes taking trail movement of scrap & ladle transfer cars and preheater, scrap buckets, rail exchangers, purging lines. 
• Performing the visual inspection of shell bottom, temperature measurement, EBT flapper monitoring (during closing). 
• Fire watch of surroundings (Roof gantry, Tilting Cylinders, settling chamber and materials area) during EAF process and tapping. 
• Reporting to EAF SIC for material issuances as per the stock availability at shop floor. 
• Performing all the activities related to purging hose connection & di-connection. LF consumables, manual alloy addition arrangements at working floor. 
• Perform Electrode preparation activity like nipple fixing and lifting spare electrode. 
• Reporting to EAF/LRF SIC for material issuances as per the stock availability at shop floor. 
• Electrode changing, adjustment & preparation and seeking assistance from EAF / LF supervisor. 
• Perform cleaning of rail tracks, scrap car, and scrap charging area, tapping pit trench, electrode stands, and walkways. 
• Assisting LF lead operator for cleaning of car tracks, material area, trench and roof. 
• Perform the activities like gunning, fettling, cold ramming, EBT re-piping, EBT changing, end brick changing, lining repairs and door electrode changing along with his fellow men / refractory team. 

Mechanical Technician  

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

Security Guard- for Kuwaiti Nationals

4.0 Primary responsibilities:

• 4.1 Provide security to the office staffs, buildings, and properties.
• 4.2 Keep the premises free from all kinds of danger.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability analyses based on RCM and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify the underlying causes of failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze equipment performance data, including failure data, maintenance records, and equipment histories, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate reliability considerations into the design and development of new equipment and systems.

Welder

Primary responsibilities:

• Interprets blueprint drawings and makes layout on the material to be fabricated using steel rule, combination square or compass, punch markers & others.
• Repairs broken equipment parts, leaking tanks, coolers, punctured pipes and fittings by electric arc welding using mild steel, cast-iron, stainless-steel welding electrodes or by brazing using aluminum and copper rods.
• Builds up worn out rollers, guides, troughs, aprons, brake slide, pump casing and other parts using mild steel, stainless steel welding electrodes and eutectic wire rod.
• Sets up machinery for different welding jobs as required using electric arc welding and oxy-acetylene welding.
• Weld spikes on roll grooves of roughing and intermediate stands as requested by production.
• Fabricates spare troughs, guides, brackets, steel cabinets, equipment housing, covers, racks, heat shields, inspection platforms, lance pipes of burners and various machine, mill and reheating furnace component.

• التحقق من أن جميع أدوات الرفع والتجهيزات المستخدمة في التجهيز/الرفع في حالة جيدة وأن طاقم الأرض يستخدمها بشكل صحيح.

• 4.1 توفير الأمن لموظفي المكتب والمباني والممتلكات.
• 4.2 حافظ على المبنى خاليًا من جميع أنواع المخاطر.
• 4.3 كن حذرًا من الأشخاص المشبوهين أو أعمال التخريب أو المخاطر.

كبير المهندسين - الكهرباء والأتمتة - مصنع الجير والدولوميت 

قد تشمل الواجبات ما يلي ولكن لا تقتصر عليها:

• إعداد ومراجعة خطة الصيانة الوقائية المخططة بشكل منتظم وبدء المراجعة اللازمة لتحسين توافر المعدات.
• التحكم في ميزانية الصيانة الكهربائية والأتمتة والتحسينات بطريقة فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
• الإبلاغ عن الأعطال الرئيسية المحتملة، والمشاكل المتعلقة بخطة العمل للإصلاحات إلى المستوى الأعلى لتحديد الفرصة الفورية لحضور القضايا.
• إعداد ومراجعة وتحديد المستوى الاقتصادي لمخزون قطع الغيار والمواد.
• ضمان والإشراف على التخطيط الفعال للإصلاحات والإصلاحات الكبرى وفقًا للمعايير المقبولة.
• إعداد تقارير الصيانة والتحقق من التصاريح والموافقة عليها، وأوراق طلب الشراء، وأوراق إصدار المواد وما إلى ذلك.

• العمل وفقا لأنظمة الشركة.

مستشار قانوني مبتدئ  

قد تشمل الواجبات ما يلي ولكن لا تقتصر عليها:

•  تقديم المشورة والدعم الاستباقي والموجه نحو الحلول والسليم قانونيًا في الوقت المناسب
• تولي الدور القانوني القيادي في مراجعة وصياغة والتفاوض و/أو تعديل مجموعة واسعة من العقود التجارية
• تقديم المشورة للشركة بشأن حقوقها ومسؤولياتها بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في الكويت
• مراقبة الاتجاهات في التنظيم المحلي التي قد تؤثر على تشغيل الأعمال
• تقديم المشورة في حل النزاعات والتعامل معها وتحمل المسؤولية عن المشاركة النشطة 
• التحكم في استخدام وجودة وتكلفة المستشار القانوني الخارجي
• تقديم المشورة بشأن مسائل قانون الشركات العامة وتوفير الدعم الإداري الفعال للشركة في الوقت المناسب، على سبيل المثال 
• ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها والقوانين المعمول بها، بما في ذلك تلك المتعلقة بالحظر التجاري
• إعداد ومراجعة وثائق العطاءات للتأكد من فهم متطلبات العطاءات وتغطيتها وتلبيتها بشكل واضح 

مهندس الموثوقية الميكانيكية

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

• يقوم بشكل منهجي بتحديد وتطوير ومراقبة وتحسين استراتيجيات صيانة الأصول باستخدام منهجية الصيانة المرتكزة على الموثوقية (RCM) لتوليد مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية ذات القيمة المضافة وتحديد قطع الغيار الاستراتيجية.
• إجراء تحليلات الموثوقية على أساس RCM وتحليل وضع الفشل والتأثير (FMEA).
• إجراء تحقيقات تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لتحديد الأسباب الكامنة وراء الفشل وتطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
• تحليل بيانات أداء المعدات، بما في ذلك بيانات الفشل، وسجلات الصيانة، وتاريخ المعدات، لتحديد الاتجاهات وفرص التحسين.
• التعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لدمج اعتبارات الموثوقية في تصميم وتطوير المعدات والأنظمة الجديدة.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

• يقوم بتفسير الرسومات التخطيطية ووضع مخططات للمواد التي سيتم تصنيعها باستخدام مسطرة فولاذية أو مربع أو بوصلة مركبة أو علامات ثقب وغيرها.
• يقوم بإصلاح أجزاء المعدات المكسورة، والخزانات المتسربة، والمبردات، والأنابيب والتجهيزات المثقوبة عن طريق اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي باستخدام أقطاب اللحام المصنوعة من الفولاذ الصلب أو الحديد الزهر أو الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ أو عن طريق اللحام باستخدام قضبان الألومنيوم والنحاس.
• يقوم ببناء الأسطوانات البالية، والموجهات، والأحواض، والمآزر، ومنزلق الفرامل، وغلاف المضخة والأجزاء الأخرى باستخدام الفولاذ الصلب، وأقطاب اللحام المصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ، وقضبان الأسلاك الأيوتكتيكية.
• يقوم بإعداد الآلات لأعمال اللحام المختلفة حسب الحاجة باستخدام اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي واللحام بالأكسجين والأسيتيلين.
• لحام المسامير على أخاديد الأسطوانة للحوامل الخشنة والمتوسطة حسب طلب الإنتاج.
• تصنع أحواض الغيار، والأدلة، والأقواس، والخزائن الفولاذية، وأغطية المعدات، والأغطية، والرفوف، والدروع الحرارية، ومنصات التفتيش، وأنابيب الشعلات ومكونات الآلات المختلفة، والمطاحن، وأفران إعادة التسخين.
