🌟 Available Positions & Role Descriptions:

1. Accountant

Manage financial records, budgeting, and reporting in compliance with company standards.

Ensure financial accuracy and assist in audits and internal controls.

Support management with strategic financial insights.

2. HR Recruiter

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.

Foster a positive candidate experience and employer brand.

3. Admin Officer

Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth operations.

Manage documentation, scheduling, and interdepartmental communication.

Act as a central point for office coordination.

4. Executive Secretary

Support executive management with high-level administrative duties.

Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential communications.

Serve as a professional liaison within and outside the organization.

5. Office & Security Coordinator

Oversee office logistics and ensure the safety and security of personnel.

Coordinate with vendors and facility services.

Maintain compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.

6. Dispatcher

Coordinate field operations and schedule transportation logistics.

Ensure timely communication between teams and service providers.

Track and report on service efficiency and dispatch records.
