Warehouse Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 25–35 warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, packing, and outbound logistics.
• Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to achieve cost-effective results without compromising quality.
• Data-Driven Performance: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data to track team performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments for workforce management, system updates, and operational support.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Training & Development: Deliver training to new team members and provide continuous coaching to improve staff skills and knowledge.
