Job Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Agile methodologies.

•    Oversee the development and execution of strategic business solutions, guiding end-to-end software development efforts to enhance the company's retail operations, with a strong focus on Agile frameworks.

•    Direct and manage comprehensive data analysis initiatives, supporting high-level decision-making processes related to sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory management, while integrating Agile software development practices.

•    Drive the creation and approval of business cases and projects that support the implementation of innovative retail initiatives, leveraging in-depth knowledge of retail best practices, industry benchmarks, and Agile principles.

•    Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the seamless translation of complex business needs into scalable Agile software solutions
