Manager - PMO

About the Job

B. Online is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive PMO framework, including policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project management tools and templates.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Collect and report on project metrics and performance data to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the PMO team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in a PMO Manager or similar role.
• PMP certification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

عن الوظيفة

تبحث B. Online عن مدير مكتب إدارة مشاريع ذو خبرة عالية ودافعية قوية للانضمام إلى فريقنا ولعب دور أساسي في تنفيذ مشاريعنا بنجاح.

المسؤوليات:

• إنشاء وصيانة إطار عمل شامل لمكتب إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات.
• الإشراف على تطوير وتنفيذ أدوات وقوالب إدارة المشاريع.
• تقديم الإرشاد والدعم لمديري المشاريع والفرق طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
• متابعة وتتبع تقدم المشاريع، وضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وفي حدود الميزانية، ووفقاً للنطاق.
• تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر والقضايا التي قد تؤثر على نجاح المشروع.
• جمع وإعداد تقارير عن المقاييس وبيانات الأداء للمشاريع إلى الإدارة العليا.
• تعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية وداعمة داخل فريق مكتب إدارة المشاريع.
• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين عبر المنظمة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
• أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في منصب مدير مكتب إدارة المشاريع أو دور مماثل.
• شهادة PMP.
• سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع والفرق بنجاح.
• معرفة ممتازة بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
• مهارات قيادية واتصالية قوية.
• القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
