Positive Energy General Trading Co., based in Salmiya, Kuwait, is a leader in the personal care, beauty, and lifestyle markets. By partnering with major retailers, pharmacies, and online platforms, we ensure easy access to our products across Kuwait, spreading positivity one product at a time.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site General Manager to join Positive Energy General Trading Co. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, develop strategic business plans, manage budgets, and ensure company goals are met. Key responsibilities include optimizing processes, driving growth, and fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience, with a strong background in retail, particularly Coop's and Hypermarket operations (mandatory).
• Leadership and strategic planning skills with a focus on team management.
• Expertise in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong sales and marketing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the personal care, beauty, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

نبحث عن مدير عام بدوام كامل للعمل بمقر الشركة في شركة Positive Energy General Trading Co. سيكون المدير العام مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على العمليات اليومية، وقيادة فريق موهوب، وتطوير خطط عمل استراتيجية، وإدارة الميزانيات، وتحقيق أهداف الشركة. تشمل المسؤوليات الأساسية تحسين العمليات، ودفع عجلة النمو، وتعزيز العلاقات مع الشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

المؤهلات

• خبرة مثبتة، مع خلفية قوية في قطاع التجزئة، وخاصة في التعاونيات وأسواق الهايبر ماركت (شرط أساسي).
• مهارات قيادية وتخطيط استراتيجي مع التركيز على إدارة الفريق.
• خبرة في الإدارة المالية وإعداد الميزانيات.

• إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
