Paid Social Consultant Spain - Freelance
About the Job
We are a global leader in lead generation, powering the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe and North America. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence, and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.
We are looking for a Paid Social Freelance Consultant to join our team and work on international accounts across Europe (primarily Spain and France). You will focus on lead generation and running paid media campaigns.
This is a freelance, fully remote role (EMEA timezone, +/- 2 hours from France).
Daily Rate: 150-200€ depending on profile and experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) across multiple platforms, primarily Meta, but also Google and Bing, handling various clients and verticals.
- Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin, and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients), continuously improving campaign performance.
- Harness data to improve quality, volume, and revenue.
- Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to optimize existing advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and manage acquisition funnels.
Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in social advertising on Meta Ads; experience with Snapchat or TikTok Ads is a plus, as well as Search Advertising (Google/Bing) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple accounts.
- Strong performance mindset and analytical skills.
- Proactive, creative, and data-driven.
- Fluent in Spanish and either English or French.
- Experience with Spanish and international clients and knowledge of the Spanish market/trends.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Eager to work with and interact with an international team.

المسؤوليات:
- إدارة حملات إعلانات ذات ميزانية كبيرة (+100 ألف دولار شهريًا) عبر منصات متعددة، بشكل رئيسي على Meta، وكذلك Google و Bing، مع إدارة حسابات مختلفة وأفقيات متعددة.
- تتبع وتحليل الأداء (الإيرادات، الهامش، والجودة) ضمن محفظتك (20-25 عميلًا)، وتحسين أداء الحملة بشكل مستمر.
- استخدام البيانات لتحسين الجودة والحجم والإيرادات.
- اختبار، التعلم، والابتكار في حالات استخدام جديدة لتحسين الاستراتيجيات الإعلانية الحالية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات التسويقية لبناء وتشغيل قنوات الاستحواذ.
المؤهلات:
- أكثر من عامين من الخبرة في الإعلان على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر إعلانات Meta؛ الخبرة مع إعلانات Snapchat أو TikTok تعتبر ميزة، بالإضافة إلى الإعلانات البحثية (Google/Bing) لإدارة حملات توليد العملاء المحتملين / التحويل / الاستحواذ.
- خبرة في إدارة حسابات متعددة.
- ذهنية قوية في الأداء ومهارات تحليلية.
- إبداعي، مبادر، وموجه بالبيانات.
- إتقان اللغة الإسبانية والإنجليزية أو الفرنسية.
- خبرة مع العملاء الإسبان والدوليين ومعرفة بالسوق الإسباني / الاتجاهات.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- حريص على العمل والتفاعل مع فريق دولي.
