• Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East – Oil & Gas Sector is conducting a Walk-in Interview on 1st August 2025 in Kuwait. We are looking for experienced Engineers and Designers with KOC/KNPC project backgrounds for multiple disciplines. Bring your latest CV and get ready for a career shift!

🔧 ENGINEERING POSITIONS

1. Lead Process Engineers

• Responsible for leading process engineering deliverables, ensuring design compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Oversees P&ID development, simulations, and process calculations. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams for seamless execution. Experience with refinery and petrochemical process systems required. Strong leadership and client interfacing skills needed.

2. Lead Instrumentation Engineers

• Manage all instrumentation-related activities in large-scale projects. Prepare specifications for instruments, loop diagrams, and control philosophies. Interface with vendors and ensure quality compliance. Experience in hazardous area classification and safety systems is essential. Should lead a team and mentor junior engineers.

3. Lead Electrical Engineers

• Design and manage electrical systems for Oil & Gas projects including substations and power distribution. Ensure compliance with KOC/KNPC standards. Should be proficient in ETAP or similar tools. Handle procurement support and field technical queries. Leadership and project coordination skills are vital.

4. Sr. Instrumentation Engineers

• Deliver detailed design documents such as instrument index, hookup drawings, and cable schedules. Coordinate with other disciplines for clash-free design. Deep understanding of field instruments and control valves required. Experience with DCS/PLC systems is preferred. Strong documentation and QA/QC adherence skills expected.

5. Sr. Electrical Engineers

• Support electrical design efforts, power system studies, and equipment sizing. Conduct vendor reviews and provide construction support. Familiarity with IEC and IEEE standards is necessary. Must collaborate with other departments for integrated solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are a plus.

6. Instrumentation Engineers

• Prepare specifications and layouts for instruments under supervision of senior staff. Assist in procurement and testing of field instruments. Knowledge of control systems and wiring practices needed. Work closely with construction team for site clarifications. Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner.

7. Piping/Stress Engineers

• Analyze and design piping systems, including stress analysis using CAESAR II. Ensure piping layouts meet safety and operational requirements. Coordinate with process and mechanical teams. Should interpret piping codes like ASME B31.3. Experience in 3D model review sessions is an advantage.
