Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration

• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, networks, and software support

• Experience with POS systems, Windows OS, and basic server maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Must be based in Kuwait with a transferable residency

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to restaurant and office staff

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment

• Monitor system performance and respond to technical issues promptly

• Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity

• Support POS and business-critical applications

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments for IT-related matters
