Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or marketing (preferably in a training or consulting center)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Responsibilities
I. Administrative & Operational Management
Organize and update data for clients, trainers, and vendors
Oversee day-to-day office operations and scheduling
Manage procurement and inventory for office/training needs
II. Training Program Management
Coordinate training schedules between trainers and participants
Prepare and distribute training materials
Ensure seamless session delivery (in-person or online)
Collect participant feedback and manage certification process
III. Marketing for Training Programs
Develop and execute marketing plans for training offerings
Manage social media, email newsletters, and promotions
Design and coordinate promotional materials
Track marketing performance and update website listings
IV. Marketing of Consulting Services
Promote consulting services to individuals and organizations
Build and manage a lead database
Design proposals and lead targeted campaigns
Organize outreach and follow-ups for lead conversion
V. Client & Trainer/Consultant Coordination
Act as the point of contact for clients and consultants
Schedule and track consulting sessions and deliverables
VI. Financial & Reporting Support
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking
Handle invoices, payments, and receipts with the finance team
Compile performance, marketing, and client activity reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of successful training sessions executed quarterly
Growth in social media engagement and lead conversion
Consulting inquiries and successful deals closed
Timely delivery of certificates and materials
Client satisfaction and retention rates
2-SENIOR MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Dentistry, Vet, Science ...)
- +5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Female Only
- Experience in OTC products and Gynecology specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on our product portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
