Associate Operations Analyst
Candidate Requirements
- Require 2+ years of experience in Freight, Supply Chain and logistics reports and analytics
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative field from a reputable university; a strong academic record
- Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers.
- Basic knowledge on working of customs department, shipping lines, freight forwarders is desirable
- Previous experience with Cargowise1 & Tableau is required
- Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with the ability to perform on unstructured assignments
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint
- Software programming will be an added advantage
- Solutions provider and quick learner
- Guide and train team members in their day to day work to make work process efficient
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Supply Chain Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational requirements with the team.
- Provide shipment status updates to customers as required.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve basic operational issues.
- Support vendors in fulfilling customer requirements on time.
- Ensure the system is updated with accurate shipment data.

Sr. Team Leader
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate a team of delivery drivers, installers and Admin staff

- Rollout Last Mile Delivery for scheduling and routing to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouses and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Analyze delivery processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Supply Chain Executive
Duties & Essential:
- Provided analytical and technical support to improve the cost, quality and timeliness of the process
- Track and analyze Net Promoters scores (NPS) to ensure a delightful customer experience
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
- Analyze customers' feedback and implement process enhancement
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
- Work closely with the IT team to roll out various digitization initiatives, including enhancements in last-mile delivery and order management systems etc.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Enforcing best practice amongst team leaders and operations staff for Health & Safety behavior

Shipping Coordinator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
- Issuing routing orders to the suppliers within 24hrs from receipt of purchase orders from groups.
- Update respective Alghanim business units with daily shipment status reports.
- Co-ordinate with Alghanim business units and suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival and have the clearance documents ready when the vessel arrives and minimize any delays.
- Co-ordinate with the Alghanim business units and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments.
- Verify all ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents.
