Business Operations Automation Analyst
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Airtable, Asana) and familiarity with automation software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, process performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements in the real estate and investment industry.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
Assistant Property Manager – KWT (Bilingual)
Job Experience:
- · At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the property and leasing market in Kuwait
- · Exposure to the Middle East, GCC, US & European real estate markets is a must
- · Experience in budget preparation and metrics-driven reporting
- · Working experience or inclination towards project management would be a positive attribute
- · Background in financial analysis is an asset
- · Background in customer service, some basic knowledge of facilities, and experience in coordinating and scheduling are essential.
Legal Administrator
Education and Experience:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Law. Certification in relevant field is a plus.
- · Prior working knowledge/experience in legal administration work.
- · Communication Proficiency.
- · Willingness to learn.
- · Experience with document management systems.
- · Knowledge of Kuwait law practices.
- · Knowledge of legal records and procedures.
- · Knowledge of applicable document development processes.
Finance Manager
Managing Partner:
- - Clarification updates about tasks and projects assigned.
- - Discussions based on reports submitted periodically.
- - Feedback based on the financial information about proposed investments.
- - Discussion of planned changes in policies and procedures of the department.
- - Discussion based on financials of group companies’ pre-and post-audits.
- - Suggestions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability of group companies.
