SALES CONSULTANT – FLEET

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Fleet Manager – Assist with strategy implementation and operational execution.
  • Identify Right Fleet Segments & Volumes – Conduct market analysis to target high-potential segments.
  • Demonstrate Strong Product & Presentation Skills – Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Schedule & Conduct Targeted Customer Visits – Organize meetings by area, segment, and customer priority.
  • Leverage Marketing Tools Effectively – Utilize brand assets, product information, testimonials, and PR materials to enhance sales efforts.
  • Develop & Execute a Rolling Weekly Plan – Prioritize top customers for consistent engagement and relationship building.
  • Implement a Robust Follow-up Strategy – Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to secure deals and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in Order Planning & Inventory Management – Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to optimize stock availability.
  • Negotiate & Close Fleet Deals – Engage in contract discussions, pricing strategies, and deal finalization.
  • Build & Maintain Strong Customer Relationships – Foster long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities – Stay informed on industry shifts and competitor offerings to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure Compliance with Company Policies & Industry Standards – Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Report Sales Performance & Forecasts – Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and future projections.

Assistant Manager – Leasing  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Leasing Manager: Assist in daily operations, strategy execution, and customer management.
  • Strong Product & Presentation Skills (B2B): Ability to effectively communicate product value and services to corporate clients.
  • Strategic Territory & Time Management: Collaborate with Division Manager/Team to optimize market coverage and productivity.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Goal-oriented mindset, capable of building long-term relationships and winning new customers.
  • Profit-Driven Negotiation Skills: Skilled in securing favorable pricing and enhancing revenue opportunities.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: A people-centric approach to leveraging industry networks for business growth.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging leasing opportunities.
  • Operational & Compliance Management: Ensure leasing operations adhere to local regulations and company policies.

RECEPTIONIST (LEASING & RENTAL)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field (leasing and rental would be an advantage) in automotive industry.
  • Graduate / High School Diploma.
  • Fluent English & Arabic skills (read, write and speak).
  • Computer literate, pleasant personality, presentable, multi-tasking and customer oriented.
  • Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based and immediate joining.

SALES EXECUTIVE – LUBES  


  • Handling Fleet / Industrial sales channels.
  • Manage the accounts and prospects in assigned area / territory .
  • Plan visit and meetings , execute the plans.
  • Prepare a Visit Plan & report as per Budget & Channel Wise Sales for Territory assigned.
  • Visit to maintain professional engagements and engineering services with key clients (K-companies, Oil & Gas, Industrial Sector, Ministries).
  • Actively engage with the e-learning platforms of ExxonMobil.


SERVICE ADVISOR (SERVICE)  

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive industry
  • Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ related dealership experience
  • Age group: Below 35 years
  • Preferably Engineering Degree (ASE certification is an added advantage)
  • Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa will be accepted)
  • Holder of Kuwait Driver’s License is an added advantage
