🚨 WALK-IN INTERVIEW AT NBTC GROUP – KUWAIT OPERATIONS (EQUIPMENT DIVISION) 🚨
📌 Open Positions
1️⃣ Crane Operator (50–80 Ton)
Number of Vacancies: 5
As a Crane Operator in this category, you will be responsible for operating hydraulic cranes with lifting capacities between 50 to 80 tons. You must be skilled in interpreting lifting plans, following safety protocols, and executing lifts in construction or industrial environments. Operators must perform daily inspections, identify potential mechanical issues, and communicate effectively with rigging teams. You are expected to work in a dynamic environment that requires precision, timing, and strong spatial awareness. Handling lifting slings, boom extension controls, and crane load charts is critical. Ensuring site safety and maintaining crane logs are part of your daily routine. You must possess adaptability, especially when operating in tight or challenging job sites. Coordination with supervisors and adherence to all HSE guidelines is mandatory.
2️⃣ Crane Operator (80–150 Ton)
Number of Vacancies: 7
In this role, you will operate mid-to-heavy hydraulic cranes used in large-scale industrial projects. A strong understanding of structural load limits, crane stability, and terrain assessment is crucial. You will assist in assembling/disassembling equipment when needed and maintain records of each lifting activity. Operators in this capacity must have experience with heavy loads in oil & gas or infrastructure projects. You’ll be expected to perform precision lifts, work under pressure, and collaborate with engineering and safety departments. The role also includes equipment upkeep, troubleshooting mechanical problems, and ensuring compliance with legal operating standards.
3️⃣ Crawler Crane Operator (100–250 Ton)
Number of Vacancies: 2
Crawler Crane Operators will manage tracked cranes used for lifting extremely heavy materials over long durations. The job includes operating boom and jib systems, navigating uneven terrain, and performing tandem lifts with other machinery. You must be familiar with setting up cranes with counterweights and handling crane mobility within confined construction zones. The position demands a deep understanding of operational limits and coordination with site engineers. Accurate load placement, daily inspections, and high-level risk awareness are key components of this job. The role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable in long shifts and project-based environments.
