• Kuwait Dairy Company successfully assumed this responsibility and developed to be one of the largest and most deeply established industrial companies operating in the dairy field, both locally and GCC level.
• Kuwait Dairy Company runs a variety of production lines on an area of 22 thousand square meters, with a production capacity of 350 tons daily, seeking to develop its capacity up to 550 tons per day over the coming years.

•  A sophisticated research team that works on quality control and research to ensure that the product meets all the health standards globally, works on this massive production capacity, and continuously develop business on the other hand. 
• All these steps are done through specialized and internationally accredited laboratories established by Kuwait Dairy Company specifically for this purpose.

Required jobs in Kuwait Dairy Company (KDCow) and their details:

Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, orientation).
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across departments.
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, attendance, and HR policies.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, warnings, and notices.
• Assist in organizing training and development activities.
• Support payroll input and attendance tracking coordination with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ERP is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Team Leader - Daily Milk Procurement

Qualification:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Professional certificates in Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Certification (CSCP) or any other related certificate are highly recommended.

Team Leader -Financial Planning and Budgeting

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Planning

• Lead the design and rollout of budgeting tools and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy across functions.
• Coordinate with department heads to prepare, consolidate, and review annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on trends, variances, and potential improvements.
• Support the projection of financial needs aligned with business expansion plans and initiatives.

Budget Control & Reporting

• Monitor actuals vs. budget throughout the year, ensuring variance analysis and corrective actions are effectively communicated.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including KPI dashboards, variance explanations, and financial summaries by product or region.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, consolidation, and compliance reporting.
• Support the development of financial models, templates, and dashboards for internal analysis.
