Open Vacancies:
1. Operations Manager
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple units, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- The ideal candidate should be able to manage teams, implement procedures, and evaluate performance metrics.
- The role involves continuous improvement of operational systems and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- The Operations Manager must be results-driven and capable of managing KPIs and operational goals.
- Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or FSR (Full Service Restaurant) concepts is preferred.
- Budget management, supply chain coordination, and strategic planning are key aspects of this role.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for cross-departmental collaboration.
2. Area Manager
- Oversees the performance of several branches within a geographic area.
- This role demands leadership skills to coach and guide branch managers, ensuring they meet targets and follow corporate standards.
- The Area Manager will frequently travel between locations, evaluate operations, and offer strategic advice.
- Ideal candidates should have a background in the food and beverage or retail sectors, with experience in both operations and sales.
- Analytical thinking, market awareness, and a people-focused attitude are essential.
- Handles all catering services, from planning menus to managing events and staff.
- A Catering Manager ensures the food quality, service timing, and client expectations are met.

- Experience in supply chain or logistics is desirable
