Human Resources Officer – Kuwait
- Maintain job applications database for all positions.
- Perform the full recruitment cycle and maintain job postings. Screen applications and prepare shortlists.
- Conduct induction/orientation programs for all newly joined employees as per company standards.
- Respond to employees' requests, suggestions, and queries in a timely and professional manner. Address their complaints, recommend solutions, and ensure proper handling.
- Conduct exit interviews for resigning employees and submit the results in the Oracle HRMS system.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment status reports weekly. Follow recruitment policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the PRO for new joiners’ visas, visa cancellation, and visa renewals.
- Prepare and review employment contracts and job offers.
- Maintain employee relations and ensure that employees' queries or grievances are addressed and resolved. Conduct investigations and recommend adequate actions.
- Review and update job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Ensure that departments' organizational structures are updated.
- Prepare and maintain turnover reports monthly.
- Follow-up on probation period evaluations and report failures and confirmations.
- Support in processing the monthly payroll using Oracle HRMS and ensure that all entries are accurate and on time.
Service Technician
Key Accountability / Responsibility
- Completes job tasks as per schedule set by supervisor within standard time, contamination control and quality standards.
- Ensures that machines are properly prepared / cleaned for repair work.
- Disassembles machines/equipment and repairs or replaces parts.
- Orders correct parts needed for repair jobs assigned and returns unused parts in good condition back to stores.
- Uses SIS / Reference material to access technical information needed to support repair tasks.
- Reviews work order segments during repair.
- Completes SIMS & technical reports as per company standards.
- Follows instructions related to identifying and tagging warranty parts for warranty storage.
- Performs cost control and avoids wastage of shop supplies and consumables.
- Properly maintains tools in toolbox and returns borrowed tools to tool grip in good condition.
- Observes cleanliness, orderliness and safety rules/ practices in work area.
- Maintains good personal appearance.
- Presents ideas - suggestions and recommendations to improve service operation.
Sales Engineer – Power Systems – Kuwait
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute agreed business plan to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.
- Develop excellent knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers with a focus on customer journey and exceptional customer experience.
- Create product awareness and arrange/ conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.
- Keep updated on competitors activities and provide timely feedback to Manager to support the development of marketing strategy.
- Promote and conduct business in a professional manner in order to protect the integrity of the company brand and image.
- Develop with sales manager individual sales plan (unit sales, revenue, gross profit, participation, closure, etc.).
- Sell integrated solutions and meet targets.
- Support execution and achievements of department objectives and action plans.
- Use the CRM system to create/manage activities, business opportunities, as per CRM business rules and conventions.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and product delivery.
- Keep up to date with new products, and support the department on NPI activities.
- Contributes to the effectiveness of the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety management system “QHSE”.
