Legal Compliance Officer

Job Description

• Responsible for dealing and communicating with the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Supervision, follow-up and ensuring compliance with all the instructions of the Capital Markets Authority and its executive regulations, the rules of Kuwait Boursa Co.
• Review and follow up all internal policies, procedures and regulations of the company to ensure its effectiveness and conformity and not conflict with the regulations, and instructions issued by the MOCI, Boursa and CMA.
• Ensure that all internal policies, procedures and regulations are written, updated and approved by the Board of Directors.
• Any duties and tasks assigned by Head of Legal Department are part of the job
• Develop an action plan and an annual program with timeline for compliance with Corporate Governance Rules, to follow-up and supervise the implementation of Internal Controls Audit comments in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify any gaps, constraints, factors that lead to non-compliance and develop appropriate solutions to ensure compliance and oversee their application by the relevant departments.
• Preparing and reporting periodically to Head of Legal Department, and the Board of Directors in accordance to approved Compliance program, plan and timeline.
• Provide accurate and immediate advice to company regarding rules and standards of compliance and their applications.

QHSE Supervisor

Job Description

• Develop, review, update, and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company goals
• Oversee quality checks and inspections during the production process, ensuring products meet required standards before they leave the factory
• Receive all incoming raw material shipments, ensuring that they are inspected for damage, authenticity and conformity to specifications. Test samples of raw materials to verify they meet quality and safety standards before they are approved for use in production
• Receive daily produced volumes from the production supervisor, ensuring proper quarantine procedures are applied to batches pending further testing
• Send samples from each batch to the laboratory for safety and quality testing, ensuring that all products are safe for consumption and meet quality standards before they are released
• Release the goods to the warehouse team for storage once the lab results confirm that the products are safe and meet the required standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production facility and products.
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance product quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

Mechanical Technician (Expert Level)

Skills

• Able to understand written and spoken English or Arabic
• Minimum 3‐5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within manufacturing / production background. Familiar with Sidel, Krones, Tetra Pak, KOSME, SIAPI and BARDI machines operation and maintenance
• College or Vocational Diploma with Mechanical Technology specialization. Bachelor’s degree holders preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.

مسؤول الامتثال القانوني

المسمى الوظيفي

• المسؤول عن التعامل والتواصل مع الجهات التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
• الإشراف والمتابعة والتأكد من الالتزام بكافة تعليمات هيئة أسواق المال ولوائحها التنفيذية وقواعد شركة بورصة الكويت.
• مراجعة ومتابعة كافة السياسات والإجراءات والأنظمة الداخلية للشركة للتأكد من فاعليتها وتوافقها وعدم تعارضها مع الأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة والبورصة وهيئة أسواق المال.
• التأكد من كتابة جميع السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح الداخلية وتحديثها والموافقة عليها من قبل مجلس الإدارة.
• أي واجبات ومهام يكلف بها من قبل رئيس القسم القانوني هي جزء من الوظيفة
• إعداد خطة عمل وبرنامج سنوي مع جدول زمني للامتثال لقواعد حوكمة الشركات، ومتابعة والإشراف على تنفيذ ملاحظات التدقيق الداخلي بالتنسيق مع الإدارات ذات الصلة.
• تحديد أي ثغرات أو قيود أو عوامل تؤدي إلى عدم الامتثال وتطوير الحلول المناسبة لضمان الامتثال والإشراف على تطبيقها من قبل الإدارات ذات الصلة.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية إلى رئيس قسم الشؤون القانونية ومجلس الإدارة وفقًا لبرنامج الامتثال والخطة والجدول الزمني المعتمد.
• تقديم المشورة الدقيقة والفورية للشركة فيما يتعلق بقواعد ومعايير الامتثال وتطبيقاتها.

مشرف الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة

المسمى الوظيفي

• تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير الصناعة وأهداف الشركة
• الإشراف على عمليات فحص الجودة والتفتيش أثناء عملية الإنتاج، والتأكد من أن المنتجات تلبي المعايير المطلوبة قبل مغادرتها المصنع
• استلام جميع شحنات المواد الخام الواردة، والتأكد من فحصها بحثًا عن التلف والأصالة والمطابقة للمواصفات. اختبار عينات المواد الخام للتأكد من أنها تلبي معايير الجودة والسلامة قبل الموافقة عليها للاستخدام في الإنتاج
• استلام الأحجام المنتجة يوميًا من مشرف الإنتاج، والتأكد من تطبيق إجراءات الحجر الصحي المناسبة على الدفعات في انتظار إجراء المزيد من الاختبارات
• إرسال عينات من كل دفعة إلى المختبر لإجراء اختبارات السلامة والجودة، والتأكد من أن جميع المنتجات آمنة للاستهلاك وتلبي معايير الجودة قبل إصدارها
• تسليم البضائع إلى فريق المستودع للتخزين بمجرد تأكيد نتائج المختبر أن المنتجات آمنة وتلبي المعايير المطلوبة
• تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة عمليات وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
• مراقبة عمليات الإنتاج لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق منتظمة لمنشأة الإنتاج والمنتجات.
• التحقيق في قضايا الجودة وعدم المطابقة، وتطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة وتعزيز جودة المنتج.
• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وعمليات التدقيق على السلامة لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية.
• توفير التدريب والتوجيه للموظفين بشأن بروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات الطوارئ.
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة المحلية والولائية والفيدرالية.
• التحقيق في الحوادث والوقائع وإعداد التقارير مع التوصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية.

فني ميكانيكي (مستوى خبير)

مهارات

• القدرة على فهم اللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية المكتوبة والمنطوقة
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منصب مماثل، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال التصنيع/الإنتاج. خبرة في تشغيل وصيانة آلات Sidel وKrones وTetra Pak وKOSME وSIAPI وBARDI
• دبلوم جامعي أو مهني في تخصص التكنولوجيا الميكانيكية. يفضل حاملي شهادة البكالوريوس.
• القدرة على العمل وفق جدول زمني مرن بما في ذلك الصباح الباكر والمساء و/أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
