التنسيق والخدمات اللوجستية:
إدارة وجدولة جمع وتسليم المنتجات الإلكترونية من متاجر التجزئة إلى مركز الخدمة.
ضمان متابعة جميع عمليات نقل المنتجات في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق باستخدام الأنظمة والإجراءات المعمول بها.
قيادة الفريق:
الإشراف على فريق مكون من 12 فنيًا، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم وردود الفعل على الأداء.
إجراء اجتماعات منتظمة للفريق لمناقشة الأداء ومعالجة التحديات ومشاركة التحديثات.
تعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية ومحفزة.
التميز التشغيلي وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية:
مراقبة العمليات اليومية لضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المناسب والالتزام بمعايير الجودة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
تنفيذ وتحسين الإجراءات لتحسين كفاءة سير العمل وتقليل التأخير.
معالجة وحل الاختناقات التشغيلية بالتنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى.
التقارير والتوثيق:
إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية عن العمليات وأداء الفريق والمقاييس الرئيسية.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لنقل المنتجات وطلبات الخدمة وأنشطة الفنيين.

•لتحميل العناصر من رصيف WH إلى الشاحنة بعناية
• نقل البضائع من الشاحنة إلى منزل العميل وفقًا لتعليمات السائق
•لإتباع تعليمات السائقين
• لتنظيف مواد التغليف بعد التثبيت.
• العناية بالبضائع والأدوات الموجودة في الشاحنة
•أن يكون دائمًا مرتديًا زيًا رسميًا ويحافظ على نظافته أثناء تأدية الواجب
•حمل الأدوات والإمدادات اللازمة من الشاحنات وإعادتها بعد الاستخدام.
•مساعدة سائق المثبت في تثبيت أنظمة ومعدات تكييف الهواء الجديدة.
• تنظيف المنفاخات والملفات، والتحقق من شد الأحزمة والمحركات.

التأكد من أن الشاحنات والمركبات نظيفة وجيدة القيادة دائمًا لتمثيل الشركة بشكل صحيح؛
اتباع جداول التسليم؛
استخدام هواتف الشركة المحمولة بطريقة مناسبة ولأغراض العمل فقط؛
ضمان صيانة جميع الشاحنات والمركبات وتزويدها بالوقود بشكل صحيح وفقًا للجدول الزمني؛
الإشراف على عملية تحميل وتفريغ المركبات بشكل صحيح؛
مساعدة المثبتين في التسليم والتجميع؛
القيادة بطريقة تضمن سلامة المنتجات والموظفين؛
- أن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة بالبلد والمنطقة المراد التسليم إليها والتحقق من معرفة الوجهة مسبقًا مع المشرف/المدير غير المعروف؛
اتبع إجراءات السلامة على الطرق الأكثر صرامة وقواعد القيادة المحلية دون إخفاق؛
الحرص على عدم إتلاف المنتج.
