Since its establishment in 2014, Health Insurance Hospitals Company (Daman) has been the first healthcare institution of its kind in the Middle East to adopt the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) system, in accordance with the Amiri directives within the National Development Plan and the New Kuwait 2035 vision.
It is responsible for ensuring the establishment of an integrated healthcare system, including health insurance programs, and the establishment and operation of a network of primary healthcare centers and hospitals covering all areas of Kuwait. It also applies the best professional practices to achieve sustainable development in healthcare, invests in the healthcare sector's infrastructure based on the best international standards, and employs more than 7,000 highly qualified personnel in the medical and administrative fields.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and meet deadlines
Flexibility and resilience under pressure
Responsibilities
Implement procurement policies and follow established procedures
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Administer purchase contracts and coordinate returns for incorrect or faulty goods
Review and process requisitions for clinical and non-clinical materials
Issue RFPs and RFQs, analyze quotations, and support vendor selection
Coordinate with departments to align specifications and favorable terms
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, and maintain supplier documentation and price lists
Monitor supply challenges and escalate to direct manager
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
Develop evaluation criteria and support competitive sourcing
Coordinate with warehouses to manage inventory levels and avoid shortages
